1. If the repair requires replacement of parts, do I have to buy them Myself?
If the repair requires replacement of parts there are two options:
- All of the needed parts are provided by the notifier - in that case we do not take responsibility for the repair time due to us having no influence on the shipping time of required replacement parts.
- We take care of arranging replacement parts - the Customer has no need to worry about them.
2. How is a report being processed by Windsunservice?
Every report is analysed and if the notifier is unable to precisely identify the problem, an initial diagnostic appointment is scheduled.
The next step is approximating the repair cost based on the technical report from the diagnostic appointment.
If the notifier accepts the terms of the repair and it's cost, appropriate agreement is concluded and the repair process begins.
3. Whats the response time to a reported malfunction?
The response time depends on the distance from the place of malfunction, current state of our technicians and the number of reports being processed at the time. We make every effort to respond within no more then 48h
